SSB Interview Coaching 2025 Programme At
New Careers Academy

The SSB Interview Coaching Programme 2025 is consisting of a total of 14 days.

Programme has been divided in the following way

  3. Detailed discussion on various tests performed at SSB Interviews along with any doubts regarding the same

Screening Test At New Careers Academy

  1. Start of the testing procedure with screening tests by starting with O.I.R. (Officer Intelligence Rating Test) . A total of 10 of these tests will be conducted and demonstrated along.
  2. Moving on to the , second test included in screening. Being the P.P.D.T. ( Picture perception, description test) a total of 20 stories along with detailed discussion. ( we help the candidates in improving their story finding inner qualities and exhibiting while speaking and writing).

Remember screening rates at the SSB Interview are at 30%, but our student rates are at 90%.

Psychological Test At New Careers Academy

  1. Coming to the psychological tests, lets start with the S.R.T. (Situation Reaction Test) , a total of 4 sets are done with each situation are discussed with students and help them assess their answer and how to improve the reactions.
  2. Next set is W.A.T. (Word Association Test) here again we do 4 sets each words are discussed and then are explained to the candidates where they are correct and why they are wrong helping the analyse step by step.
  3. S.D.T. (Self Description Test) the self description test needs to be written in a time duration of 10 minutes. The description, is about the candidate knowing what his/her friends, teachers, parents, think about the person. Note :- the problem here is we help students write what qualities are exhibited by them in case of SDT. The SDT is done twice, once in the first week and then in the second week. We promise the candidates will see a proper true reflection after various tests.
  4. T.A.T. (Thematic Apperception Test) at New Careers Academy, we do 3-4 sets along with each story is checked and explained as to where a candidate can improve, and where are they writing superfluous or extra. The stories are explained in such a way it exhibits qualities of a candidate.

 

Personal Interview At New Careers Academy

A Total Of 2 Personal Interviews are conducted At New Careers Academy. The interviews are first explained . The Process starts with filling of the P.I.Q. ( Personal Information Questionnaire), it is the most important thing. An example, how P.I.Q. is filled, shows how a candidate is. Then moving on we conduct a minimum of two interviews. The interviews, are done in such a way, that once we complete an interview. All the 4 aspects related to officer like qualities are told so that when the mock interview happens again the candidate is well prepared and can improve on the short comings.
Note:- It is very important that one implements the changes asked by the assessor, as early as possible. SSB process Is about changing oneself and modulating yourself to what is expected of you.

The Interviews are conducted by former Interviewing Officer, Captain NS Dhaliwal, Group Captain V.K. Aggarwal (Retd.), Col Ravi Sharma and Hartaj Sir. Thereby giving 2 perspectives to candidates. Not only this before mock interviews various basics are told for ssb interviews. There are a large number of mock interviews already conducted which we have uploaded online for your reference.
