Paper I: Reasoning & Elementary Mathematics (50 marks) + Paper II: General Knowledge & English (50 marks). Total 100 marks, 2-hour duration. Objective MCQs with 0.33 negative marking. Minimum 40% in each paper and 50% overall required to qualify.

Preliminary Interview Board (PIB)
Candidates who clear the written exam are called for PIB at their respective TA Group Headquarters. The PIB evaluates personality, communication skills, and motivation to join the Territorial Army. NCA's PIB coaching includes mock interviews with Ex-Defence officers.

Services Selection Board (SSB) & Medical
