Strict No-Refund Condition
- All fees paid towards any course, program, or service are non-refundable and non-transferable once the admission/enrollment process is complete and payment has been made.
- This applies to all modes of payment, including online transactions, bank transfers, cash payments, and digital wallets.
Applicability
This policy covers:
- Classroom coaching programs
- Online courses and digital learning materials
- Study packages, e-books, and test series
- Registration or administrative charges
Reason for No Refund
Upon enrollment, significant costs are incurred in terms of:
- Seat allocation and batch scheduling
- Learning material access and faculty assignment
- Technology and infrastructure setup
Therefore, fees once paid cannot be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds will be processed only if:
- A course is cancelled by New Careers Academy before commencement.
- The Academy is unable to deliver the promised course/service.
In such rare cases, the liability of the Academy will be limited to the refund of the course fee paid, excluding registration or administrative charges.
Student/Parent Declaration
By completing the admission process and making payment, students/parents confirm that:
- They have read, understood, and agreed to this policy before payment.
- They will not dispute charges or claim refunds once access to course materials or classes has been provided.
Legal Compliance
This policy is in line with:
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
and has been designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all financial dealings.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this policy will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab, India.
