Hartaj Dhaliwal is an SSB mentor and SSB strategist at New Careers Academy (NCA), Chandigarh. A third-generation officer from the family that founded NCA in 1967, he cleared the NDA written examination twice (NDA 1 and NDA 2) and has been recommended by the Services Selection Board three times. He now leads SSB strategy at NCA — planning each candidate’s preparation for screening, psychology tests, GTO and the personal interview — and reviews NCA’s exam notification, eligibility and SSB guides before they are published.

About Hartaj Dhaliwal
Hartaj works alongside Capt. Dhaliwal and the retired-officer mentor team on NCA’s SSB coaching batches in Chandigarh and the online SSB coaching programme. Having been through the board himself — three recommendations — he focuses on the part of preparation most candidates get wrong: turning a written-exam qualifier into a board-ready candidate in the weeks between the result and the SSB date.
