About Capt. Dhaliwal
Capt. Dhaliwal leads the SSB wing at New Careers Academy, where he has trained three generations of officer aspirants — cadets who joined the Forces in the 1980s, their children in the 2000s, and today’s NDA, CDS and AFCAT candidates. His method follows the board itself: psychology tests written and marked daily, group tasks on NCA’s own GTO ground in Mohali, and personal interviews conducted the way an Interviewing Officer conducts them, with OLQ-wise feedback after each round.
He personally evaluates NCA’s free mock SRT submissions and leads the SSB coaching batches in Chandigarh and the online SSB coaching programme, alongside the mentor team listed on the faculty page.

Articles published under his name on ncaacademy.com cover official notifications and eligibility for the NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF, Territorial Army and Indian Army direct entries (TGC, SSC Tech, JAG, NCC Special Entry), answer keys and cut-offs, salary and career guides, and the SSB interview process. Every guide is written from the official notification or result and carries a “last updated” date; facts are checked against the issuing authority (UPSC, joinindianarmy.nic.in, afcat.cdac.in) before publication.
