Cover the following NDA-specific topics in mathematics: algebra, trigonometry, geometry and measurement, probability and statistics, basic calculus, and arithmetic (time and work, percentages, and ratios) Advice: With NCERT foundations + practice, you can pass the test even if you don’t have any prior knowledge of mathematics.

English: • Pay attention to tenses, articles, and verbs; • Expand vocabulary by one to five words per day; Practice reading comprehension passages; correct sentences and fill in the blanks

Tip: Reading every day and practicing with practice questions increase accuracy and speed.

 General Knowledge: Since GK is vast, split it wisely:

• Parliament, the Constitution, and fundamental rights
• Economics: Basics of banking, planning, and budgeting
• Science: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (Levels 9–10)
• Current Affairs: The six months leading up to the national and international exams  Advice: Write brief notes for weekly practice MCQs and revision.

Step 5: Past Year Papers + Mock Exams

This is crucial.
Solve the NDA papers from the previous ten years. Provide a complete practice exam every week to help with time management.
• Monitor your results and focus on your areas of weakness.

Step 6: After the written exam, get ready for the SSB interview.

SSB is a five-day personality test; plan ahead to prevent last-minute anxiety.
Pay attention to:
• Group talks; • Psychological exams (TAT, WAT, SRT); • Current events debates; • Communication skills; • Physical fitness (push-ups, running, etc.);
Aww, The NDA has rigorous physical requirements, so start your basic fitness training right away.

Step 7: Steer clear of typical blunders

Math is a qualifying paper, so don’t disregard it; don’t wait till the boards are over—NDA preparation requires consistent practice over time; don’t skip practice exams—they reduce exam pressure and improve speed and accuracy; and don’t just concentrate on written preparation—SSB preparation is just as crucial.
