Who all are applicable for the TGC SSB Interview entry
A candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit:Candidate must be of 19 years to 25 years the date of the joining. Candidates note that the date of birth as mentioned in the matriculation / seniors secondary school examination certificate or equivalent certificate on the date of submission of application will be acceptable and no subsequent request for exchange will be entertained. Yet must note that they can appear only one of the services selection board interview at a time and the candidates are required to give an undertaking to this effect under the decoration part on the online application.
Educational qualification: For the candidates who are holding C certificate of NCC Senior division. He must be a degree holder from any recognised University with aggregate of minimum 50% marks. Candidates who do the course but they must secure 50% aggregate marks in the first two years. Such candidates will need to secure an overall aggregate of minimum 50% marks in the degree course if selected in the interview failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
The candidate should has served for minimum three years in the senior division Wing of NCC. Have obtained minimum of B grade in season ticket examination of NCC. Applicants who are not holding the NCC certificate on the date of application or not and eligible to apply for the course. Those who have passed your graduation degree course must produce the degree certificate by first of April 2022 to the director general of recruiting otherwise country HR will be cancelled. In case of those getting in the final year of graduation or if not already in position of degree must submit to submit the proof of passing the graduation examination along with mark sheet by first of April 2022 failing which there can you order will be cancelled.
Vacancies: NCC Men: 50 (45 for general category and 05 for war causalities of army personnel). NCC Women: 05 (04 for general category and 01 for war casualties of army personnel).
The selected candidates will be details for retraining course at Chennai OTA according to their position in the final order of merit subject to the number of accounts is available and also to meeting there all eligibility criteria. During the training period candidates are neither allowed to get married or will not be allowed to stay with your parents or guardians. Completion of the training period.
The candidates who successfully complete the pre-commission training at OTA Chennai will be awarded postgraduate diploma in defence management and strategic studies by the University of Madras.
The Cost of training at OTA is at the government expenses. In case if a candidate it is drawn from the training due to the reason other than medical ground or the reason beyond his or her control will be rival to refund the cost of training .
The final allocation of the army or services will be made prior to the passing out of the cadets from OTA.
A stipend of Rs. 56,100 per month will be given to the to the cadets during the training period after that they will be given a regular pay on attaining the rank of lieutenant as per the scale entitled to the rank.
