AFCAT SSB interview day wise schedule for 5 days

AFCAT interview is conducted into rounds extending to 5 days where different areas of the candidates personality and mental alertness is being evaluated by the board. It also involves Group task and psychological tests and personal interview.

Stipend to be provided during training

A stipend of Rs. 56,100 per month will be given to the to the cadets during the training period after that they will be given a regular pay on attaining the rank of lieutenant as per the scale entitled to the rank.

AFCAT SSB Interview: Day 1

The interview round comprises of three tests intelligence picture perception test. the test consist of verbal and non-verbal and test where candidates are provided with 40 questions with the time limit 12 to 15 minutes and for each booklet. Candidates who cleared their screening test are eligible for the day two tests and the other ones are being sent back to their homes the same day.

AFCAT SSB Interview: Day 2

The qualified candidates can take part in the next stage conducted and the remaining days of AFCAT selection process. The direction of interview round will be 30 to 60 minutes of. After that different kinds of activities like TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT etc.

AFCAT SSB Interview: Day 4

On the day for SSB Interview comprises of electorate, individual obstacles command task and final group task. AFCAT SSB Interview: Day 5

Personal interview is conducted in order to judge the candidate in his communication skills in his personality development. CPSS (computerised pilots selection system) is conducted on fifth day for the candidates applying for flying branch in the test comprises various sections with the given time with three attempts. In order to go through the mental reflexes of the candidates at the certain given conditions which can occur during flying an aircraft assessing the candidate will he be able to maintain his peace and calm and to control the aircraft in the various given conditions. This test is compulsory for Flying branch and no second attempt can be made by the candidate if he is not able to clear the first test.
